Talk about a great team to work with. Great customer experience is a dying breed, but not here. The office staff is welcoming, the techs go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the end results. Would highly recommend if you just need service, a new install or a health check of your system before it gets too hot outside!

I’m so glad I switched to Sol Aire for my HVAC repair and maintenance. After multiple visits from another company that couldn’t diagnose the issue, it was such a relief to finally get answers. Roberto and Carlos were incredibly thorough. They took the time to carefully inspect both my indoor and outdoor units, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it efficiently. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me just as much was the overall customer service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Mandilyn and Juana Luisa were fantastic—helpful with scheduling, proactive in communicating when the technician was on the way, and thoughtful enough to follow up afterward to make sure everything went well. We had Sol Aire come out to look at my mom’s HVAC system which was over 24 years old and had finally gave out. This was our second quote and we chose them because of their honesty and professionalism. Sam from Sol Aire was fantastic. He took the time to answer all of my questions as well as my mom’s and he gave us honest feedback without any pressure. On the day of installation the team arrived on time and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The owner Lorenzo was even onsite for part of the day to check the quality of the work. He introduced himself to my mom and even took a moment to speak with me over Facetime which I really appreciated. The team Jason, Roberto and Carlos were courteous, professional and very respectful of my mom’s home. They cleaned everything up when they were done and were especially patient in helping my mom get set up with the app on her phone. Mandilyn in the office was also super helpful. She called my mom multiple times to keep her updated and followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. From start to finish the service was outstanding. I highly recommend Sol Aire... A+ experience!

I've been through multiple different AC companies and haven't had much luck finding one I'm happy with..... until this one. It had been a while since I had maintenance done and I wanted to get my system checked before the summer heat. I had gotten their flyer at my door a few weeks back and decided to try them out. I'm extremely happy I did! I called on a Thursday and they were already able to come out Monday afternoon. Before they arrived they texted and called to let me know they were on the way. I also received an email with their 2 names and pictures through a service that verifies their identities, just so you know who will be coming out. They were both extremely nice and professional and they took plenty of time to clean and check my system out. They also took pics of everything they did, before and after, and showed me them before I paid. My 10 year old AC system looks almost brand new again! Not only that but my whole house smells incredible thanks to the cleaners they used! If this is the level of service and professionalism they demonstrate moving forward, then I just found my go-to AC company from this point on. Well done Sol-Aire!

It was easy to make the appointment, they came exactly on time, and did the work promptly and professionally. I felt they were interested in making sure I was being served, not that they were just there to make a buck. They make some suggestions, but didn't push anything on me. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will use their service again in the future.

I had 2 original ac units replaced. I am happy with the new units. The techs that installed the units were friendly and professional. I've used cheaper services with horrible outcomes. You get what you pay for and im glad I used Sol Aire. I highly recommend Sole Aire.

My A/C started leaking and resetting. My regular guy and handyman were both unavailable. I had received a hand-written letter from Sol Aire earlier in the week. They replied right away and came the next morning. The owner even drove 40 minutes to my house on a Sunday to make sure I was set. They are very professional, timely, friendly and give you personalized service

First visit and I am beyond pleased. Extremely professional service the whole way through. From scheduling to completion I felt taken care of by the team! The company sent me pictures of the techs coming out to my house, Ramon and Carlos. I got a text and phone call when they were on the way. I bought the maintenance plan and was not over sold on any further products, but was told about potential future needs and even sent over a price estimate so I would not be surprised later on if I did decide to have them replace a UV bulb when it goes out.

Roberto did an awesome job removing and cleaning the Ac coil and fan motor in the Air handler, I would highly recommend any homeowner who needs service and maintenance.
